Council Members
The council members are responsible for the management of the work of Reform under the oversight of the Reform Trustees. The Reform council meets at least three times a year.

Col Edward Armitstead
Edward Armitstead is a retired army officer, lay member of General Synod (Bath & Wells), and chairman of Oak Hill College Council.

David Banting is vicar of St Peter's Harold Wood.

Rt Rev'd Wallace Benn
Wallace Benn spent 25 years in parish ministry before becoming Suffragan Bishop of Lewes in 1997. He retired as the bishop in 2012. He is a well-known speaker and writer. He is particularly keen to see the Word of God upheld in every aspect. He is an enthusiastic rugby watcher and supporter and also enjoys motor racing.

Mr Andrew Bradley
Andrew Bradley is a retired secondary head teacher currently co-leading an independent church plant in Criccieth in North Wales although still with his heart in anglicanism. Heavily involved with children's and youth work through Criccieth SU Beach Mission and Keswick Convention and part of the organising team of the Northern Men's Convention. Longs to see a greater Reform presence in Wales and North Wales in particular.

Rev'd Tim Davies
Tim Davies was born and brought up in East Africa and is an engineer by training. Having worked in industry and business, primarily marketing in the motor industry, he was ordained as a Church of England clergyman in 1993. Since then he has worked for churches in rural Oxfordshire and Fulwood, Sheffield. He is now at Christ Church Central in Sheffield. He and his wife Tanya are associates of the anglican mission agency Crosslinks and they have four children.

Mr Jonathan Lockwood
Johnny Lockwood is administrator for Reform (but not on the council). He is a member of Christ Church Fulwood in Sheffield. He is involved in youth ministry and short term mission in Ukraine.

Rev'd Angus MacLeay
Angus MacLeay (Chairman of Trustees) is married to Sue with two children, Rachel and Jamie. Before ordination he worked as a solicitor in London for a few years. Since ordination he has served a curacy in Manchester at Holy Trinity Platt before 9 years as a vicar on the outskirts of Carlisle. Currently rector of St. Nicholas, Sevenoaks and on General Synod.

Rev'd Vaughan Roberts
Vaughan Roberts is the rector of St. Ebbe's Church in Oxford. He is also on the Executive Committee of 9:38, an initiative which encourages people to consider the possibility of gospel ministry and promotes ministry training apprenticeships. He writes books,which include Turning Points and God's Big Picture, and in his spare time he plays cricket, tennis and golf.

Rod Thomas (Chairman) is vicar of St Matthew’s Elburton, Plymouth. He is a member of General Synod. He has been chairman of the Reform Council since autumn 2007.

Rev'd Melvin Tinker
Melvin Tinker is married to Heather and they have three grown-up sons.
He is senior minister of St John Newland, Director of the Yorkshire Gospel
Partnership, and co-director of Yorkshire Training. He is the author of
Evangelical Concerns and several other books, including the Anglican
Evangelical Crisis. -

Alistair Tresidder is vicar of St Luke’s Hampstead.
